Welcome to The Northern Grace!
The Northern Grace began as a shared dream between two friends with a love for beautiful celebrations, creativity, and bringing people together.
We transformed a vintage horse trailer into an elegant mobile bar designed to bring something unique and memorable to every event. From weddings and engagements, to birthdays and special celebrations, our goal is to provide warm hospitality, beautiful details, and an experience your guests will remember.
To us, The Northern Grace is more than a mobile bar. It represents our passion for creating special moments and celebrating life’s milestones alongside our clients.

The Grace Rental - Trailer Only
$600 • 4-Hours Trailer Rental Only

Perfect for weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, showers, corporate events, and private celebrations.
Delivery fees may apply depending on event location.
$400 Refundable Security Deposit
A $400 security deposit is required in addition to the $600 rental fee. The deposit will be fully refunded after the event, provided the trailer is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with no damage beyond normal wear and tear. Any damage may be deducted from the deposit.
Trailer-Only Disclaimer
This package includes rental of The Northern Grace trailer only. The trailer may not be used to serve, prepare, dispense, or distribute any type of beverage, alcoholic or non-alcoholic. The trailer is intended for display, decor, photography, or other approved non-beverage uses only.
The $750 horse trailer base rate is the starting rate. The selected service package is then priced per guest.

Dry-Hire Disclaimer
The Northern Grace operates as a dry-hire mobile bar service.
We do not sell, purchase, provide, or supply alcoholic beverages for any event. All alcohol must be purchased and provided by the host/client.
Our services may include professional bartending, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, bar supplies, and other non-alcoholic service items according to the package selected.
The host/client is responsible for purchasing and providing all alcoholic beverages for the event.
